The European law firm Schoenherr advised UNIQA Real Estate AG (member of UNIQA Group Austria) on the acquisition of an office building in Bucharest, from developer RO Naturstein SRL, in July 2013.
Schoenherr supported Uniqa in the title due diligence, structuring the transaction, drafting the transaction documents and assistance at signing.
