The Rompetrol Group, through the local retail division Rompetrol Downstream, launches today a new concept of gas-filling stations, following the completion of works to modernize the gas station located in Otopeni, project value being of aprox 1 million USD.
„The new concept meets our customers with a premium design, combining their needs and expectations with the best technical solutions. A result of intense research, the station sets a new quality standard for the Rompetrol network and provides a modern framework for the products made by most modern refinery in Romania and South East Europe.It will support the objective of the Group to expand and strengthen the retail activities in the Black Sea region. The key elements of the concept will be implemented by the end of the year in 3 new gas stations and another 25 rebranded stations, the total investment amounting to USD 17 million.” says Zhanat Tussupbekov, Chief Executive Officer of The Rompetrol Group.
In addition to the facilities already available in the Rompetrol network (Efix range, payment service at the pump Fill & Go, restaurant Hey), new stations are characterized by changing components of visual identity (logo) of The Rompetrol Group, through a distinct ambient, which includes a modern architecture and a reorganization of the interior space, quality of materials and high-end details.
Stations are provided with pumps of the latest generation which are equipped with multimedia systems, recording a low energy lighting system based on LED technology and restaurant services bring a unique concept in the local market in gastro, Croust 'wich preparation.
The Rompetrol station Otopeni has also an automatic payment device for utility and telephone invoices, Internet Wifi, closed smoking area, and additional parking.
At the end of 2012, Rompetrol Downstream renewed its premium services range by launching EfixS gasoline and diesel. The two types of fuel provide a vehicle performance increase, engine efficiency and reliability, due to use of special additives. In addition, fuels contain a mixture of active components for motor protection, ensuring its proper operation.
The Rompetrol Group retail activities are conducted in over 1,100 distribution fuel points owned by the company and operated in countries such as Romania, Georgia, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, France and Spain.
In Romania, the company operates with more than 753 fuel distribution points (own stations, stations Partner, Rompetrol Express, internal bases of 9 and 20 cubic meters), 230 auto LPG stations, 9,000 cylinders distribution points and three LPG filling stations in Constanta, Arad and Bacau.
