TRG, through its subsidiary Dyneff France, congratulates the new champion of France, Montpellier Hérault Sport Club, sustaining this team through the partnership began in 2009.

Montpellier football team won for the first time the French championship on Sunday and this performance will allow them to evolve in the next season in the Champions League groups.
With a turnover of around 2.3 billion Euro, Dyneff France is the largest company in the region of Languedoc-Roussillon, with capital in Montpellier. The company was involved in economic and social development of this area since 2006, when it was took over by TRG.
Dyneff Group S.A. was, before the aquision, the largest independent petroleum products distributor in France, with 40 years experience in importing, distributing and storing fuel products. After the acquisition, the company has had a rapid growth rate since 2007, when KazMunaiGaz became the Rompetrol Group major shareholder. Thus, in that year the first Rompetrol gas station was inaugurated in France, in 2008 Dyneff Spain was founded and built locally four gas stations branded Dyneff, followed in 2009 by the first two stations Rompetrol. TRG is currently present in the retail sector in France and Spain with 9 stations Rompetrol branded, especially on highways located in the vicinity of towns and Arzens, Saint Etienne, Peypin or Les Herbiers.
Dyneff delivers every year about 2.5 million cubic meters of petroleum products through three major channels of distribution: 140 stations, 9 retail agencies and two wholesale, located in France and Spain, with a storage capacity of approximately 400,000 cubic meters. These operations are conducted through its three terminals in Port la Nouvelle and Saint-Gaudens, the terminals of Marseille and Lyon, where the company is shareholder and another 15 leased docations in France and Spain (two in Barcelona and two in Bilboa).
