Popovici Nitu & Asociatii advises Filasa International, the largest French investor on the renewable energy field in Romania, on its €780m ($1 Billion) investment in 11 wind farms.
The wind farms will have a total capacity of 516 MW and will cover an area of 4,000 hectares in Suceava county.
