Salans has advised Romtelecom on the closing of the documentation regarding the acquisition of the DTH (Direct to Home) business of Digital Cable Systems (DCS), one of the most dynamic local providers for satellite and cable TV, Internet and telephony services.
Once the transaction obtains the necessary approvals, with this new addition to its portfolio, Romtelecom will expand its business and increase the number of customers on a very competitive and fast moving market.
