In the evaluation process, the Romanian Property Awards jurors analyzed design quality, facilities, energy efficiency and sustainability, as well as how the project integrates into the location and aligns with the local architectural style. The judges considered sustainability, energy conservation and innovation, with the use of materials and solutions that reduce energy consumption being appreciated. The architecture and use of the space have been rigorously scrutinized, as have the safety and security aspects of the residents, including measures that go beyond the minimum legal requirements.
