Recent, profesioniștii de la EnPower Energy cu sprijinul MPR|Partners au reușit să finalizeze o nouă etapă a proiectului din aropiere de orașul Ovidiu, județul Constanța. Astfel, pentru suprafața de 100 de hectare, s-a obținut autorizația de construire a ceea ce urmează să fie un nou parc fotovoltaic cu o capacitate de 60MW.
Amintim faptul că proiectul a fost dezvoltat de către EnPower Energy, importantă companie de proiecte din sectorul energiei verzi. Proiectul a fost vândut către Econergy International Ltd, parte din Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd, cu sediul în Israel, spre finele anului trecut.
Precum în cazul vânzării proiectului, MPR|Partners a fost alături de EnPower Energy pentru coordonarea procedurii de obținere a acordului de construire. Asistența va continua până la finalul proiectului, anume până la punerea în funcțiune a noului parc fotovoltaic. În prezent asistența în derulare privește procedura pentru obținerea autorizației de construire a stației parcului.
Echipa dedicată acestei etape de obținere a autorizației de construire a fost în continuare coordonată de către Gelu Maravela și Dana Rădulescu, fiind formată din avocații Carmen Bănică, Sonia Benga și Alexandra Mihailov.

EnPower Energy professionals with the support of MPR|Partners recently completed a new stage of the project in the vicinity of the town of Ovidiu, Constanta county. Thus, for an area of 100 hectares, the construction permit for what is to be a new photovoltaic park with a capacity of 60MW has been obtained.
The project was developed by EnPower Energy, a leading project company in the green energy sector. It was thereafter sold to Econergy International Ltd, part of Israel-based Econergy Renewable Energy Ltd, towards the end of last year.
As was the case during the sale of the project, MPR|Partners has been working with EnPower Energy to coordinate the procedure for obtaining the construction permit. The assistance will continue until the end of the project, i.e. until the commissioning of the new PV park. Currently the ongoing assistance concerns the procedure for obtaining the construction permit for the park’s station.
The team dedicated to this stage of obtaining the construction permit was further coordinated by Gelu Maravela and Dana Rădulescu and is composed of lawyers Carmen Bănică, Sonia Benga and Alexandra Mihailov.
