Siemens Energy, una dintre cele mai importante companii de tehnologie energetică din lume, semnează un contract de închiriere de 7.500 de metri pătrați. Închirierea spațiului este prevăzută pe o perioadă de 10 ani, iar tranzacția a fost intermediată de JLL România.
