Dezvoltatorul One United Properties, unul dintre cei mai importanți jucători din piața imobiliară din România, anunță încheierea antecontractului pentru achiziția unui teren cu o suprafață de 25.350 mp situat pe Șoseaua Fabrica de Glucoză din București, respectiv pentru achiziția unei cote indivize de ½ dintr-un teren în suprafață de 3.651 mp, având destinația de drum de acces, valoarea totală a tranzacției fiind de 20.645.100 euro (o parte din preț se plătește la obținerea autorizației de construire și semnarea contractului final de schimb și restul în apartamente și parcări aferente, la finalizarea proiectului ce urmează să fie dezvoltat pe respectivul teren). Pentru acest teren a fost deja emis un certificat de urbanism în vederea construirii, care permite dezvoltarea unui proiect imobiliar cu o suprafață construită (suprastructură) de aproximativ 95.000 mp.
Compania intenționează să dezvolte pe noul teren achiziționat un nou proiect imobiliar, One High District, care va cuprinde atât unități rezidențiale, cât și spații comerciale, precum și o serie de facilități precum gym și piscină, restaurante, market, cafenele, spații verzi pentru relaxare. Localizat în sectorul 2, pe Șoseaua Fabrica de Glucoză, în imediata apropiere a autostrăzii A3, terenul oferă acces rapid către cartierul Floreasca, mall-ul Promenada, precum și către alte puncte de interes ale orașului.
Tranzacția reprezintă o nouă etapă în strategia Grupului de a investi în oportunități de dezvoltare premium sustenabile în zone exclusiviste ale Bucureștiului.

One United Properties acquires a 25,350 sq. m land in Bucharest 2nd District
One United Properties, one of the most important developers in the real estate market in Romania, has signed the pre-purchase agreement for the acquisition of a plot of land with an area of 25,350 sq. m located on Șoseaua Fabrica de Glucoză in Bucharest, as well as for the acquisition of a quota of ½ of a plot of land with an area of 3,651 sq. m, representing the access road. The total value of the transaction is of EUR 20,645,100 (part of the price will be paid at the building permit issue and the execution of the final exchange agreement, with the remaining portion of the price being settled by transferring the ownership over a number of apartments and corresponding parking spaces, upon the completion of the project to be developed on the property). An urbanism certificate for construction has already been issued for the relevant plot, allowing the development of a real estate project with a built area (superstructure) of approximately 95,000 sq. m.
The company intends to develop on the recently acquired land a new real estate project, One High District, which will include both residential units and commercial spaces, as well as facilities such as gym, swimming pool, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, green areas for relaxation. Located in the 2nd District, on Șoseaua Fabrica de Glucoză, right next to the A3 motorway, the land offers quick access to Floreasca district, Promenada mall, as well as to other points of interest in the city.
