Compania One United Properties a obținut autorizația de construire și pentru componenta rezidențială a proiectului One Cotroceni Park, proiect imobiliar cu funcțiune mixtă, aflat în prezent în dezvoltare pe locul fostei platforme Ventilatorul. Componenta rezidențială a proiectului One Cotroceni Park prevede peste 850 de locuințe cu design modern, dispuse pe 11 etaje și etaj tehnic, urmând a fi dezvoltată în mai multe faze.
One Cotroceni Park este unul dintre proiectele inovatoare ale companiei One United Properties și cel mai amplu proiect de regenerare urbană din București, care rescrie peisajul urban al cartierului Cotroceni, aducând valoare zonei și comunității. „Dezvoltat pe un teren de 5,8 hectare, conceptul multifuncțional One Cotroceni Park este creat într-o abordare holistică de tipul Live / Work / Play, oferind viitorilor rezidenți, dar și angajați, facilități integrate, de la operatori de food (cantină, cafenele, wine-bar, bistro, restaurante), la fitness și servicii (farmacie, curățătorie, bancă), piste de alergare în aer liber, înot și ciclism”, declară Beatrice Dumitrașcu, CEO Residential Division One United Properties.
În premieră pentru un proiect semnat One United Properties, One Cotroceni Park va fi direct conectat la viitoarea stație de metrou Academia Militară printr-un pasaj subteran, oferind un nivel ridicat de confort angajaților și viitorilor rezidenți. Mai mult decât atât, clădirile vor oferi o vedere panoramică asupra Palatului Cotroceni, Grădinii Botanice sau Palatului Parlamentului. One United Properties has obtained the building permit for the residential component of One Cotroceni Park, a mixed-use project currently under development on the site of the former Ventilatorul platform. The residential component of One Cotroceni Park provides over 850 residential units with modern design, arranged on 11 storeys and a technical floor, and will be developed in several phases.
