Intracom Telecom, vendor global de sisteme și soluții de telecomunicații, a anunțat furnizarea sistemului sau de comunicatii radio, punct-la-punct, in domeniul microundelor (OmniBAS ™), catre Programul de Management al Frontierelor pentru zona Magreb, program finanțat de UE. Compania și-a asumat responsabilitatea de a implementa solutia folosind servicii de instalare si inginerie din piata locala.
Prin intermediul fondurilor UE dedicate situatiilor de urgenta in Africa, European EU Emergency Trust Fund, acest Program de Management implementat de catre Centrul Internațional pentru Dezvoltarea Politicii de Migrație (ICMPD), urmărește îmbunătățirea capacitatii autorităților marocane de a-și gestiona frontierele, pentru a proteja migrantii vulnerabili, a controla migrația neregulată și a anihila rețelele criminale transfrontaliere. Intracom Telecom a fost selectată pentru furnizarea soluției sale OmniBAS ™ in vederea consolidarii capacitatii autorităților marocane de a face față acestor provocări.
Programul beneficiaza de capabilitățile superioare ale sistemului, de flexibilitatea avansata a acestuia precum și de performanțele sale deosebite pentru a îmbunătăți în mod constant comunicatiile și transferul de date dintre entitatile relevante ale autorității. Sistemul OmniBAS ™ al companiei, constând in unități de inalta performanta, atat de interior (IDU) cat si exterior (ODU), asigură o modulație de până la 4096-QAM pentru a asigura comunicații radio de mare capacitate, suportand funcționalitati de tip XPIC și maximizare eficienta a resurselor radio utilizate.

Intracom Telecom’s Advanced Radios Reinforce Morocco’s Border Surveillance
Athens, Greece – 5 March 2020 - Intracom Telecom, a global telecommunication systems and solutions vendor, announced the supply of its market-leading Point-to-Point microwave (PtP MW) radio, OmniBAS™, to the Border Management Programme for the Maghreb, funded by the EU. The company undertook the responsibility to deploy the products with local engineering and installation services.
Through the EU Emergency Trust Fund for Africa, the Border Management Programme for the Maghreb, implemented by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD), seeks to improve the Moroccan authorities' capacity to manage their borders, in order to protect vulnerable migrants, deal with irregular migration, and dismantle cross-border criminal networks. Intracom Telecom was selected for the provision of its reliable split-mount OmniBAS™ solution in order to strengthen the Moroccan authorities’ capability to meet these challenges.
The Programme is taking advantage of the system's unrivalled capabilities, unparalleled flexibility and outstanding performance to further improve communication and data transfer between the relevant authorities.
