On the 6th of June 2013, during ASIROM’s Supervisory Board meeting, some organizational changes in the company have been decided.
Thus, Mr. Dan-Gabriel Sauer was relieved of his position as a consequence of his decision to pursue other professional opportunities.
Starting of July of the current year, Mr. Marek Gołębiewski will take over the CFO position in the company, according to the active organizational chart.
Mr. Marek Gołębiewski has graduated Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in International Economic Relations and has been a part of Vienna Insurance Group starting 2001. He was a board member in Polisa - Życie TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group, CFO in Capitol Sp. z o.o. and held other numerous positions in Compensa TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group and Compensa TUnŻ S.A. Vienna Insurance Group.
In ASIROM, Mr. Gołębiewski will be responsible for the Accounting, Reporting, Controlling and Investment Divisions.
