DIGI COMMUNICATIONS N.V. A ORGANIZAT PRIMA EDIȚIE A EVENIMENTULUI ”INVESTORS` DAY”

Grupul Digi Communications N.V. a organizat miercuri, 26 septembrie, prima ediție a evenimentului Investors` Day, o întâlnire cu investitorii, analiștii și jurnaliștii interesați de piața de capital, desfășurată la București.

Membrii top-managementului companiei au prezentat informații despre evoluția companiei, atât la nivelul îndeplinirii obiectivelor strategice de business, cât și din perspectiva dezvoltării tehnologice și a operațiunilor internaționale. Serghei Bulgac, CEO-ul Digi Communications N.V., a subliniat cifrele marcante generate de activitatea companiei pe principalele piețe și modul în care investițiile grupului au susținut dezvoltarea accelerată a acestuia. Valentin Popoviciu, Administrator Executiv Digi Communications N.V., a detaliat planurile de creștere din perspectiva tehnologiilor și a diversității serviciilor oferite clienților.

Dragoș Spătaru, director Digi Ungaria, și Marius Vărzaru, director Digi Spania & Italia, au sintetizat rezultatele obținute pe piețele externe unde compania este prezentă cu servicii de comunicații electronice. În final, Smaranda Ștreangă, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a prezentat informațiile financiare de interes pentru investitori: profitabilitatea companiei, tendințele la nivelul cash-flow-ul și al investițiilor, gradul de îndatorare și politicile financiare ale grupului.

A trecut aproape un an și jumătate de la listarea inițială și în toată această perioadă am continuat să creștem, urmărind să îndeplinim obiectiv după obiectiv. Țintim o cifră de afaceri de 1 miliard de euro pentru anul 2018, iar toate eforturile echipelor noastre se concentrează, în prezent, la atingerea acestei ținte”, a declarat Serghei Bulgac, CEO al Digi Communications N.V.

On Wednesday, September 26, 2018, Digi Communications N.V. Group organized the first edition of Investors` Day event, meeting with investors, analysts and capital market journalists.

Members of the company’s top-management team presented information about the company’s evolution on its strategic business objectives, as well as technologic developments and international operations. Serghei Bulgac, CEO of Digi Communications N.V., highlighted the significant figures generated by the company's activity on the main markets and how the group's investments supported its accelerated development. Valentin Popoviciu, Executive Administrator, Digi Communications N.V., has detailed the growth plans from the perspective of the technologies and the diversity of the services offered to the clients.

Dragoș Spătaru, director of Digi Hungary, and Marius Vărzaru, director of Digi Spain & Italy, synthesized the results obtained on foreign markets where the company is present with electronic communications services. Finally, Smaranda Ştreangă, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), presented financial information of interest to investors: company profitability, cash flow and investment trends, debt and financial policies of the group.
