South African actor Jonathan Pienaar, best known for his roles in international films and television shows including BLOOD DIAMOND where he plays side by side with Leonardo Di Caprio, CRUSOE, SKIN and WILD AT HEART, is announced as the new addition to the cast of Brasov Film Center's upcoming feature film production titled SUICIDE.
The film is scheduled to shoot in Brasov, Romania with principal photography set to begin in January 2013.
Directed and Produced by Bruno Pischiutta (PUNCTURED HOPE, THE COMOEDIA, LAST ENCOUNTER IN VENICE) and Executive Produced by Daria Trifu, SUICIDE is based on an original screenplay written by Pischiutta.
Jonathan Pienaar is the latest addition to the cast in a principal role and he joins American Actor Keith Lopez and Romanian Actresses Alina Csiki and Denisa Debella.
The original music score will be composed by American Maestro Jadean "Blue Jay" Jourden and Romanian Jazz Singer/Composer Andreea Tincea. They will be joined by Multi-Platinum and Gold Record recording artist, Terry Plumeri who has recently completed his first in a series of four concert DVDs as composer/conductor of the Moscow Philharmonic. Puerto Rican musician Gerardo Velez who is best known for performing with Jimi Hendrix at Woodstock Festival in 1969 and Kristen Capolino who is a young and emerging singer and guitar player will also participate to the composition of the music score.
