Global Film Studio Inc. announced today that it has created a division of the company, operating under the name of 'Brasov Talent Agency'. The division is in charge of providing international launch and representation for English speaking actors and models. The talent represented by the Agency are provided with either an exclusive or a non-exclusive contract. The system used by Brasov Talent Agency is unique nowadays: it resembles the one used by the Hollywood Studios in the 50's. Such system has helped discover talent as Marilyn Monroe, Elizabeth Taylor, Grace Kelly, etc.
Through the Agency, a great Romanian talent has already been discovered. The artist is a young Romanian emerging actress from Brasov. Her image and personality has impressed director Bruno Pischiutta and producer Daria Trifu, executives of the Agency. Her name is Lica Radu and she is already being considered to play an important role in Brasov Film Center's upcoming feature film production entitled SUICIDE.
Global Film Studio is a Canadian corporation federally incorporated and on its way of becoming publicly traded on the London Stock Exchange with an estimated market capital of €120M.
The company has been the sole financier of Brasov Film Center S.R.L. and its operations such as the International Film Workshops (June 14 to July 15, 2012) and the Brasov International Film Festival & Market - BRIFF (July 19-29, 2012) since 2011. Furthermore, Global Film Studio has been the financier of the feature documentary BRASOV: PROBABLY THE BEST CITY IN THE WORLD (Directed by Bruno Pischiutta and Produced by Daria Trifu); the documentary had its world premiere (out of contest) on the opening night of BRIFF on July 19.

Global Film Studio is also the primary investor in the feature film SUICIDE, currently in preproduction and days from starting filming in Brasov, Romania. SUICIDE and BRASOV: PROBABLY THE BEST CITY IN THE WORLD are Brasov Film Center's submissions for nomination consideration at the 85th Academy Awards®.

The management of Global Film Studio intends to secure a dual listing that will start on the London Stock Exchange and follow on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Furthermore, an IPO will be issued at the time of listing the company on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Estimated to take place in Spring 2013).
Global Film Studio has a partnership agreement with Tribeca Film Institute's 'Reframe Collection' that assures DVD distribution for its collection of films under the umbrella of "Global Film Studio's Collection" via Amazon.com. In July 2012 Global Film Studio has released internationally three motion pictures directed by Bruno Pischiutta and plans to release six more titles in the next few months.
