schoenherr advised LITEXCO INVESTMENTS SLU, a Spanish real estate invest-ment company, on the sale of an office building in the city center of Bucharest to an investment fund. The value of the transaction exceeded EUR 4 million.
“We are glad that we have been able to assist LITEXCO INVESTMENTS with this divestment,” said attorney Simona Chirica, who coordinated the team of lawyers from Schoenherr’s Bucharest office. “The transaction was quite complex and re-quired the fulfillment of several preconditions, typical to an M&A and real estate deal,” Chirica added. The transaction was completed within approximately 18 weeks.
The schoenherr team was comprised of attorneys at law Simona Chirică (real es-tate), Gisselle Nan (head of the Spanish Desk) and Mădălina Mitan (real estate).
The purchasers were represented by a team of lawyers from Chirvase, Rilla and Associates.
