BNP Paribas Cardif is hiring a Head of Legal & Compliance (HLC).
As part of the senior management team, The Head of Legal & Compliance will report to the CEO.
Minimum skills and experience required
1. A hands-on manager with high level of integrity, credibility and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
2. Strong analytical skills and great attention to details
3. Logical reasoning, sound judgment, persuasiveness
4. Excellent working knowledge of English language (French is a plus) and PC proficiency
5. 7 years of experience in legal practice and 5 years experience in financial/insurance services
6. 3 years experience in management
