Clădirea One Tower este prima clădire de birouri din România care obține certificarea LEED v4 Platinum Building Design and Construction, nivelul superior prevăzut de această certificare. Aceasta este completată de certificarea WELL Health-Safety, prin care se confirmă sănătatea și siguranța chiriașilor la locul de muncă. În plus, dezvoltarea oferă pentru cei care lucrează sau locuiesc aici acces la experiențe gastronomice chiar în incintă, prin prezența unor restaurante ca Meat2Eat, Élephante, Samsara și a cafenelei Ted’s Coffee.
