Autoritatea de Supraveghere Financiară (ASF) a aprobat în ședința de miercuri, 16 iunie, Prospectul pentru oferta publică inițială de vânzare de acțiuni în vederea listării acțiunilor One United Properties SA pe Piața Principală a Bursei de Valori București. Prospectul depus de One United Properties, unul dintre cei mai activi dezvoltatori imobiliari de proiecte rezidențiale, de birouri și mixte de ultimă generație din București, poate fi consultat public atât pe site-ul companiei, pe cel al intermediarului ofertei, cât și pe site-ul Bursei de Valori București.
Oferta publică inițială pentru acțiunile One United Properties va începe pe 22 iunie și se va derula până la data de 2 iulie 2021. Dezvoltatorul va emite 130.007.085 acțiuni, iar intervalul de preț stabilit este între 1,93 și 2,12 lei per acțiune. 60% din oferta publică este adresată unei tranșe de investitori instituționali, în vreme ce restul de 40% investitorilor de retail. Jumătate din tranșa investitorilor de retail va beneficia de alocare garantată până la 100.000 de acțiuni, în sistemul primul venit, primul servit, investiția minimă fiind de 2.500 de acțiuni. Cealaltă jumătate a investitorilor de retail va avea alocare pro-rata și va beneficia de un discount de 3% pentru subscrierile realizate în primele 3 zile. Prețul final va fi stabilit în urma procesului de bookbuilding în tranșa investitorilor instituționali.
Prin această operațiune One United Properties oferă spre subscriere acțiuni în valoare de 10% din capitalul social al companiei.
Fondată de Victor Căpitanu și Andrei Diaconescu, Directori Executivi și acționari majoritari, compania One United Properties a anunțat în luna aprilie a acestui an intenția de a se lista pe Piața Principală a Bursei de Valori București printr-o ofertă publică inițială (IPO). Intermediarul ofertei este BRK Financial Group, în timp ce Swiss Capital va face parte din grupul de distribuție.

ASF approves the start of the IPO for the listing of One United Properties on the Bucharest Stock Exchange
During the meeting of Wednesday, June 16, The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) in Romania approved the Prospectus for the initial public offering (IPO) for sale of shares for the listing of One United Properties SA shares on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. The Prospectus submitted by One United Properties, one of the most active real estate developers of residential, office and mixed-use sustainable projects in Bucharest, can be consulted publicly on the company's website, on the offer intermediary's website, and on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The initial public offering for One United Properties shares will start on June 22 and will run until July 2, 2021. The developer will issue 130,007,085 shares, and the established price range is between RON 1.93 and 2.12 per share. 60% of the public offer is addressed to a part of institutional investors, while the remaining 40% to retail investors. Half of the retail investors' part will benefit from a guaranteed allocation of up to 100,000 shares, in the first-come, first-served system, the minimum investment being 2,500 shares. The other half of retail investors will have a pro-rata allocation and will benefit from a 3% discount for subscriptions made in the first 3 days. The final price will be set following the bookbuilding process in the part of institutional investors.
Through this operation, One United Properties offers for subscription shares worth 10% of the company's share capital.
