DLA Piper a asistat Early Game Ventures în cea mai recentă rundă de finanțare, în cadrul căreia Instant Space, un start-up care dezvoltă o platformă de instant booking a locațiilor și serviciilor pentru clienții din sectorul MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), a primit finanțare. Această rundă de investiţii a fost coordonată de Early Game Ventures, cu participarea Sparking Capital și a altor angel investors.
Aceasta este a treia investiție realizată în acest an, în perioada pandemică, de Early Game Ventures, toate încheiate cu sprijinul DLA Piper pe zona de legal. Celelalte două finanţări Early Game Ventures au fost direcţionate către Coda Intelligence, un startup de tehnologie din domeniul securității cibernetice, și către Human People DNA, un startup care dezvoltă o tehnologie inovatoare, capabilă să producă synthetic media (content nou pe baza unuia preexistent) cu ajutorul inteligenţei artificiale.
Echipa DLA Piper care a supervizat această serie de investiţii a fost condusă de Marian Dinu și i-a mai inclus pe Cristina Bucur, Counsel, și Ciprian Frandeș, Associate. Experiența DLA Piper în proiecte de capital de risc și tehnologie a fost un factor important în finalizarea cu succes a acestor tranzacții.

Early Game Ventures rounds of investment now include Instant Space, advised by DLA Piper office in Bucharest
DLA Piper assisted Early Game Ventures in the latest round of financing in which Instant Space, a start-up providing instant booking of venues and services for clients activating in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) sector, received funding. The round was led by Early Game Ventures, with the participation of Sparking Capital and angel investors.
This is the third investment made this year during the pandemic period by Early Game Ventures, all concluded with the legal support from DLA Piper. The other two investments were made by Early Game Ventures in Coda Intelligence, a start-up technology in the area of cyber security, and in Humans DNA, a start-up developing an innovative technology capable of generating synthetic (AI-created) media.
The DLA Piper team advising on the above transactions was led by Marian Dinu and included Cristina Bucur, Counsel, and Ciprian Frandeș, Associate. DLA Piper's experience in venture capital and technology projects was an important factor in the successful completion of these transactions.
