Investiție britanică la Leader Team Broker de AsigurareLeader Team Broker de Asigurare anunță o investiție britanică din partea grupului Londongate Investment and Management plc. Londongate este o companie cu experientă de peste 18 de ani in Marea Britanie care activează in prezent pe piața asigurărilor din Europa, Asia, Africa și Orientul Mijlociu și care de anul acesta își face intrarea pe piața din România. Colaborarea dintre cele două companii a început încă din anul 2013 când Leader Team căuta un partener puternic care să îi asigure suport pentru asigurările complexe. Odată ce numărul polițelor speciale, printre care asigurarea Europa League, Expoziției Human Body, a spectacolelor Cirque du Soleil sau a întregii colecții de artă a Ministerului Culturii, a crescut și colaborarea dintre Leader Team și Londongate. Negocierile care au urmat și care s-au întins pe parcursul unui an și s-au concretizat printr-o investiție și prin intrarea companiei Leader Team Broker în cadrul grupului londonez. Cu toate că detaliile contractului rămân confidențiale, putem spune că una dintre condiții a fost ca echipa de management a Leader Team să își continue activitatea urmând să implementeze treptat sistemul de standarde internaționale al grupului britanic.
Cele mai importante schimbări vor fi în ceea ce privește strategia de dezvoltare la nivel național și cea a segmentului de IMM si corporate, unde know how-ul noului partener va aduce un plus de valoare. Leader Team va avea acces la soluții de asigurare avansate care încă nu sunt prezente în România sau care acum au costuri prohibitive. ”Aceste este un pas pe care noi trebuia să îl facem. Leader Team a avut mereu o creștere organică și vom păstra acest trend, mai ales acum cu un partener puternic în spate. Era extrem de important pentru noi să dezvoltăm o strategie sustenabilă pentru a putea rămâne competitivi într-o piață care a devenit extrem de dinamică.Cu sprijinul partenerului internațional ne-am extins portofoliul de produse si servicii. Iar în ceea ce privește rețeaua de parteneri, ne dorim extinderea conceptului Leader Team și in alte orașe din țara ” spune Răzvan Rusu, Director General Leader Team Broker.
În ceea ce privește implicarea Londongate, ea se va simți mai ales la nivel de servicii și produse, criterii de performanță, strategie pe termen lung și dezvoltarea națională. ”Romania este o piață interesantă, foarte competitivă dar care în același timp are și un potențial uriaș. E un moment bun să investim aici pentru că schimbările recente și cele care vor urma scot din piață o parte din jucători. Asta înseamnă că noi putem deveni unul dintre jucătorii importanți într-un timp relativ scurt. Pentru asta aveam nevoie de un partener de încredere, cu viziune clară asupra business-ului asigurărilor și alături de care să construim ceva durabil in timp. Leader Team Insurance Broker announces a British investment from Londongate Investment and Management Group.
Londongate is an UK-based company with more than 18 years of experience in the insurance market being developed in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East, and from this year decided to entering into Romanian market. The two companies started working together back in 2016 when Leader Team was looking for strong partner to provide support for the complex insurance policies. Once the number of special policies, such as insuring the Cirque du Soleil shows, The Human Body Exhibition or the entire art collection belonging to the Ministry of Culture to name a few, grew, the partnership between the two companies also evolved. The negotiations that followed took almost a year to complete and were finalized with an investment and the subsequent entry of Leader Team in the Londongate Group. Though the details of the contract remain confidential we can say that one of the mandatory requirements was that the Leader Team management continues its current activity while will gradually implement the international standards system of the British group.
The most significant changes will target extending the national partnership network of Leader Team and developing the corporate and SME insurance sector where the know-how of the new partner will bring about a change in strategy. As Leader Team will have access to advance insurance solutions not yet present on the Romanian market or that have prohibitive costs. “This is a step we had to take. Leader Team has always had organic growth and we will maintain this trend, especially now that we have a strong partner to back us up. It was important for us to develop a strategy that would allow us to remain competitive in a market that has become very dynamic. This new partnership will put us in a position where we can offer exclusive products and services. Regarding our partnership network, we can now expand in areas that we are currently developing” said Razvan Rusu, Leader Team CEO.
The involvement of Londongate will impact the area of products and services, performance indicators and partnership network management. “Romania is a very interesting market, highly competitive but with a huge growth potential at the same time.
